Hey peeps, as opposed to all the American comic threads I constantly bump into, what about my faves from back in da day; Suske & Wiske?

They were goofy. They did not have parents. Auntie Sidonia was not their real aunt. Wiske used to have a brother(?) called Rikki, but he was replaced by Suske. Never found out why.
Jerom was the strongest guy in the world with a weakness for Wiske's doll Schanullekke. Lambik loved beer.
And wasn't prof Barabas the bomb with all his gadgets? His Tele Time Machine, his helicopter, submarine and shrinking machine?
Man, I used to devour these comics, my fave being the Blue Series. The ones where Wiske had a kewl hairdo.

Anyways. I loved the old style Suske & Wiske, not the updated ones, where they have PC's and stuff.

So, for those who know them and love them; what is your favourite Suske & Wiske and why? And also tell me who your fave character is.

My fave COMIC is De Schat Van Beersel (The Beersel Treasure) which is about Suske & Wiske being transported into the past to hunt down a treasure.
I love the ones where Lambik is a hero besides being the funny guy.

And my fave is I guess Jerom when he still wore his prehistoric outfit.
And Wiske before they gave her the right proportions; she loves so adorable with them short legs...

LOL Suske&Wiske, used 2 b a major fan of them...not 2 long ago i bought a few of their recent albums, man do they suck. I still have them all 'till 250, somewhere in a box.

- De tamme tumi (I've had nightmares about the big Snake!)
- De gouden ganzeveer (scariest villain: 'De Bok')
- De poppenpakker
- De vliegende aap

My favourite character is Wiske, 'cause she can be a real bitch sometimes.
