Oh, while I'm here... tea makes for great beauty treatments. Brew up some green tea, let it cool, mix a few tablespoons with an equal amount of rice flour until you get a smooth mix, put the mix in the fridge a little while and then you can put it on your face as a mask.

Also, if you make a cup of green tea don't throw the teabag away. After it's cooled squeeze most of the water out of it and then just rub it on your face. The anti-oxidants get right to the skin. So simple but works a treat. You'll probably want to make sure you're not allergic to it first though, and also have a teabag that doesn't have any crap added to it.

Another good one is to cool off a couple of black tea bags you've used and lie down and lay them across your eyes for 10 minutes.
