I'm 34 today. The only way to get rid of it is to get your ass in gear and exercise, and eat less.

The older you get the more your metabolism slows, so it's harder to eat what you want and stay skinny.

The sick demented me would like to loose 30, but I know that realisticly I only need to lose 20.

My clothes don't fit, and when I went shopping this weekend I was a size bigger than I would have liked.

I know there are ppl who need to lose hundreds of pounds.

That honestly doesn't make me feel ANY better though.
