THIS.

Is fat. For ME.

When I feel the need to wear, JOGGING PANTS on Labor Day Weekend!

I've reached in darkness and come out with treasure
I layed down with love and I woke up with lies
Whats it all worth only the heart can measure
It's not whats in the mirror but what's left inside

20lbs over ideal body weight (which is different for everyone) is fat, imo.

I was wondering if I was missing something with regards to just using the normal standards. lol

I'm fat right now woot! but losing it slowly and at my own pace.

For guys it's worse than girls , cause all yall want to do is lose it. For us, (or at least in my case), I'm terrified of losing it and losing size on my arms, chest, etc. lol

But I take the attitude, that if it takes me 2 hours at the gym 5 or 6 nights a week, than so be it--that's the cards I was dealt.

Plus sex in gym locker rooms is the best sex you'll ever have. ky

For real.

When do you get to the point where you just let it happen.

I've gained weight, I can tell, and it was over the SUMMER!!!

What the hell is gonna happen during the holidays!?!?!!? omfg

To be perfectly honest, there's probably a couple of things going on. Yes, you're getting older and your metabolism slows down as you get older. So with your metabolism slowing down, depending on your diet that would do it.

I know that being vegan now is primarely responsible for my weight being the same as it was when i was in high school with the other thing being that i run now and i NEVER did that when i was in my 20's.

I mean i think back to all the fast/junk food i ate in my 20's and if i still ate that way i'd be 300 lbs by now.

brick

That's tied the basal metabolic rate slowing down each year, which is actually tied to the muscle composition of the body.
You loose a half pound of muscle per year overall.

But resistance training allows you to gain a couple pounds of muscle a month thereby helping increase the metabolic rate.

Though you still can't eat the way you did in your 20's. sigh

Good for you!! I get so bored doing anything for any length of time. When I go to the gym I do 3 different things for 10 minutes each with no break in between. I also have to have music. I wouldn't be able to do it without my tunes.
