How do I convert a file in "can format" to mp3? I know how to take FLAC and convert it to mp3, but I have never seen this "can" format...

So, the file extension is just ".can"?
I've never heard of a can file. Have you tried just dragging and dropping it onto WMP, Winamp or VLC? It might just be another type of file in disguise, in which case you could just rename the file extension. Drag and drop onto your media player and see what happens.

Once converted you can burn it as an image file using Nero
(CAN.is a cd image file) [Edited 9/4/07 16:16pm]
