Tomorrow is my last day of work here in Cleveland before I move over the weekend to Minneapolis....no one has congratulated me or wished me well...all I hear is "this is gonna be tough to do", or "I wish you weren't leaving....." or whatever...no "good luck", no "that's great for you".....

I hate it that everyone here (meaning work) only thinks about how this will affect them.... I have worked here for 6 years...kickin' ass all along the way...and nothing....

Can somebody.....anybody....make me smile today... ?

If I come to Minni this weekend, you'd have the biggest grin on your face.....

People in general in the work place, at least in my experience, are pretty negative about shit.

They're either, just jealous, because they themselves feel stuck there.

Or they're not optomistic enough to see what you see.

Or they don't want you to do well at your new job because it means (to them) that you kinda outsmarted them, because you bettered yourself and they didn't.

Its just all negative, and don't let them get you down.

Some ppl have a funny way of showing their true feelings.
I have been receiving guilt trips from some bosses/coworkers for months now.
It really shows me who the real ppl are and who the ppl who only look out for themselves are.
I am learning a lot from my current experience- gotta look out for yourself #1.
Like Dani said- some times ppl cannot find anything nice to say because they are jealous.
That is a sad truth about humans some times.
Just do what you gotta do for yourself and don't worry about ppl you will never see again.
