The first week sucks, but you can barely feel it if you keep a glass of ice water handy. After that, you'll be totally hyped. Mine was $63 and I should have shopped around. You can get it for as low as $30 (as far as I know). Nipple's pretty sexy though... but OW?! what if it caught on a lacy bra or something!? Yikes...

If you ever end up getting your tongue done, make sure not to leave a stud/barbell out for more than about a day. When you try to insert one after any longer, it hurts for a few days. I left mine out once for four days... trust me, it;s a horror story after that. Tongues heal very fast, and so far I've never seen a scar on anybody deciding to let theirs heal.
