im of the mind that what happened after the box opened was all reality...a reality mixed with drug hallucinations and a nervous breakdown...also keep in mind that not all the remaining story is told in chronological order...keeping an eye on the ashtray helps set the timeframes...

preface this kind of stuff with a *SPOILER WARNING* .. i want to see this movie but i haven't had the chance yet. dammit, Kee! confused

Director from Hair Milos Foreman,

Milos has directed more better films then Hair...If you like that one, id recommend some of these:

Man on the Moon (1999)
People vs. Larry Flynt, The (1996)
Valmont (1989)
Amadeus (1984)
One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest (1975)

Not many people liked Man on the Moon--but i loved it. Esp the Tony Clifton character. You gotta admit, Andy was quite the a-hole, but the movie stayed true to that.
Funny thing is, i can remember watching Andy Kaufman in one of those wrestling matches but never realized what a farce it was. He was so serious in those bouts, that you never really knew if he was kidding or not.
"Volaire! Uh oh oh oh!!"

By the way, "Mulholland Drive" is one of my favorite movies... David Lynch is a genius!

I love, love, love that movie! Not many people do though...

I would rather have my nuts worked over with a cheese grater and soaked in Bacardi 151 than watch that piece of crap again.

But we've already had this debate/discussion.

Awful movie.

Baz Luhrmann too. He directed "Romeo and Juliet" with Leo Dicrapio and directed "Moulin Rouge" my new favorite film(next to Annie Hall).
