but won't trust myself to hem my own pants or anything with fine fabric. when an underwire breaks or pokes out of the material in my bra i am forever taking the stitching out to fix them but my handiwork doing them back up would not make my home ec teacher happy lol... oh well. it works you know what's interesting? i bet no one darns their socks anymore. my mom kept a lightbulb in with her darning wool to use in the sock when she would mend holes. i have never darned a sock ever. omg you have just given me a flashback to my frankentstein bra days!!!
