Zits in weird places.. Help cure the problem yet another hazard in coaching, sunburns and shoulder zits. Lol Seriously, I am pretty brown, so the only thing on me that gets burnt is my neck and when I am not wearing a hat or visor my face. However the past couple of years, this year especially, I have been sweating it out a lot more and have been getting a few giant zits on my shoulders and every once in a while my lower back. Is there a good topical solution for this? What can help prevent it? Carpenters bend wood, fletchers bend arrows, wise men fashion themselves.

Any cheapo regular body lotion with Vitamin E in it. It's a bit hard to apply lotion to your back by yourself though. You end up contorting around your bathroom like an epileptic.
You wouldn't think that adding grease to your skin would work - but it does.

How about Proactive? My friend swears by that stuff, but I don't know how effective it will be for body acne.
