Listen, woman.....you know you want to stay in Cali! I know you do!

Who will I eat a steak & eggs breakfast at 8am in the morning, totally wasted?? no no no! I'm not done with California yet, and you're part of the package nod .....so sit back, grab a glass of wine, relax!

You ain't going nowhere! cool

Bit different, I believed it would take me til the end of summer to get my act together and get my lisence... As it were I am not here very much these days.... I have certainly brought it down to normal usuage!

Was time to do the same with alcohol... California has turned into a wine culture.... I have come to the conclusion that a one to two glass wine habbit most nights was a real bad game plan for me. Even the scale testified against me... I am steadily finding more balance in life and less extremes... which is wayyyyy hard for me... but doable...

Tampa's ideal.

Property is not outrageous, but growth is brisk. Sure the housing market slowed, but it will pick back up.

Whatever you get, make sure you get a spare bedroom for me, or that you get a comfy master bed and a leather sling. I get bored easy.

U can move a hour north of phoenix and have better weather and its growing like crazy.... plus its still close to cali and everything else on the west coast wink

Love ya to death but Arizona I do not.... to much desert for me!

Arizona
New Mexico
Nevada
Utah

no no no!

bawl

Many folks are selling their homes in Cali and paying cash for high end homes here with $$ to spare.

Other than that I wouldn't recommend it. It's a beautiful state, but if we moved out of it tomorrow I'd be just fine.

A old friend of mine just sold her 1,000- 1,500 sq ft home in CA for half a mil. Then bought a 4,500 sq ft home in TX for, I BELIEVE, under $200,000. Brand new home right outside of Austin (which is the only place I'd live in TX personally)

Anywho...good idea to start planning now. I use to spend a lot of time in So. Cal. Went there recently and now HATE it. You'd have to pay me just to live there.
