i think my favorite's a copy of my favorite book, Narcissus & Goldmund. my dad gave it to me when i was 16 and friends of mine scribbled notes to me in it. i used to carry it around all the time so it's gotten kinda tattered.

This was a gift too, a wedding gift from a very good friend, after I had just done some extensive work on the book. Plus it's about Russia. Special for many reasons.

My hiking boots at the moment.
I only take them off when I go to bed. After that it must be my telecaster. most of the other stuff can go to hell! small circles, big wheels!
I've got a pretty firm grip on the obvious!

Special necklace- It usually ends up finding its way tucked in my bra over my heart during the day while I am running around at work. It was given to me to hold Nov 06' - now I am attached to it.

Oh that is a good one...that might be a tie with my necklace right now. It would depress me not being able to visit abroad. It's such a learning experience to do it.

My great grandmothers engagement ring that I was given when I was 16 yrs old.
I wore it up until I got married and have since put it back on to cover up the indents in my ring finger. I love it but it is wearing thin in the back and I am afraid I will have to lock it away some place safe soon so I do not end up losing it. [Edited 7/25/07 4:16am]
