How Shy Are You?

You Are 20% Shy

You aren't shy at all, in fact, you're probably quite outgoing.
You are comfortable in almost any social situation, no matter how difficult.

You Are 64% Shy

You are a very shy person, and it has started to impact your life in a negative way.
If you can avoid human contact, you usually do. And as a result, you miss out on a lot.

You Are 24% Shy

You are slightly shy, but overall, your reactions to social situations are normal.
You dread difficult social situations, but you still handle them with grace.

You are beyond shy - you are most likely have a social phobia.
Seek help, and you'll be able to enjoy life instead of fearing it.

I'd say I'm 100% shy, but deal with it pretty well.

I don't even need to take it.

I'm bi-polar shy. Sometimes cowering, and then sometimes (I am told by my closest friends) I turn this switch on and it's like I'm a politician schmoozing with people.

It seriously depends on the hour and my mood. I can be painfully shy or strangely outgoing. lol

I'm exactly the same. lol I can turn down party invitations in dread of having to meet people I don't know and the next day do the exact opposite.

I immediately got along with you the minute we went through that dreadful stupid Miami Airport.

I was expecting you to be more shy. But you were very witty, funny, etc. which lead me to reaffirm that you're ignoring me for so long was definitely due to snobbery.

Lemme ask you since you DJ. Are you outgoing? Did the job affect your ability to be outgoing? I have always found that your work can actually increase or decrease your outgoing nature.

I became outgoing when I joined the military. More or less was forced to really.
But my job also forces me to constantly manipulate people falloff into getting shit done for me. lol

It never came natural, but was something I learned to do. Hence my needing to retreat back to the real me for a few hours.

I bascially learned how not to be shy through work as well. In the crappy corporate world, it's ALL about who you know and being the social happy person. I turn off when I leave and it can get downright exhausting.
