Mayor Ray Nagin - i hope he has a workable plan for the city.

Ray Nagin is an idiot, plain and simple....he was on the same cusp (in terms of a disaster) as Rudy was after 9/11, and he has truly pissed the opportunity away....but that is the central tenet of Louisiana politics.... "how fat can I get my pockets and my friends pockets as well?"

At first I felt sorry for him after hurricane Katrina but I swear he's a fool and cannnot be trusted. Our mayor flew hundreds of his people here to our city after the hurricane and put them up in shelters at the city's exspense for over a year and later invited him to come to Philadelphia as an honored guest and he went back to New Orleans and talked about us like a dog, it was all caught on tape. I am a black woman and that's one Black man that is a disgrace!
