No sleepwalking That I am aware of
Sometimes I will say a word or two when dreaming which always wakes me up
and yes, my life has been filled with different levels of nightmares

A very good friend of mine suffers from night terrors and it is asbsolutely horrifying to hear. shake Chills you to the bone. shake God knows what he is experiencing in his sleep. A couple of times he has stayed over my house and I have woken up to hear him screaming - it really is horrible. Apparently it is all related to sexual abuse that he experienced as a child. sad

I apparently grind my teeth really badly. That's what my dentist says anyway.

Why Do People Grind Their Teeth?

Although teeth grinding can be caused by stress and anxiety, it often occurs during sleep and is more likely caused by an abnormal bite or missing or crooked teeth.

Ummmm, my teeth are neither abnormally aligned or missing. lol

I'm not sure if what I get is sleep paralysis, night terrors or a combination of both. Either way it scares the hell out of me. It feels like there's someone on top of me and I can't move. It always happens when I sleep on my back.

my brother used to sleep walk.
When we used to have a coal fire in our living room he came downstairs
and pee'd in it. lol
My twin brother used to do it too, although he would have full conversations with you and you'd swear he was wide awake until he would start pointing at things that werent there, that was quite freaky let me tell you.

I just have have really intense dreams, which i love.If i were younger they would probably be nightmares.
Fuck the funk - it's time to ditch the worn-out Vegas horns fills, pick up the geee-tar and finally ROCK THE MUTHA-FUCKER!! He hinted at this on Chaos, now it's time to step up and fully DELIVER!!

I wake myself up by grinding my teeth...ewww! I sleep walk a lot and injure myself by stumbling on stupid stuff and I can have conversations with people at night too. I also move around a lot and often end up waking up on the floor. I guess you could say I'm a very talented sleeper!

yep, that seems like sleep paralysis...my mom had it when she was younger it seems to be hereditary. It happens when I sleep on my back mostly...that's why I sleep on my stomach all the time. It scares the hell out of me too, because I mostly have scary experiences...

Yeah, it scares the hell out of me too. I had an experience where I could barely get words out and all of a sudden I was literally climbing the walls. It felt like I was in molasses trying to get away. It was like that scene from Poltergeist where Jo Beth Williams gets dragged around the room.

Have you gotten a mouth guard fitted? If not, do it asap! I have one and without it my teeth would be ground down totally by now.

As for me, I have REALLY bad nightmares that at times become night terrors - I wake up and hardly dare to breath, much less move. It sucks major ass and it's all because my parents were asshole drunks/potheads when I was a kid. disbelief

One time I was a having a bad dream because I woke up with a loud gasp and I woke up with my poor heart thumping so loud in my ears.
I really like spicy food. I mostly put Jalapenos on a lot of my food.
