Second in the Shower

Does anyone hate having to shower right after someone? My roommate just showered and I wanted to get clean before heading out, but it's so wet in there. It's like the Wicked Witch got destroyed or something. It's really gross. There's puddles everywhere. It's just nasty. Am I being OCD? I just don't wanna shower anymore. neutral

I haven't shared a shower regularly in years. And even when I'm staying with someone or them with me, I'm almost always the first to shower.

the worst shake, but I didn't stay in the dorms where you had to share a hall bathroom....only a few girls shared. It was still an old dorm, therefore the bathroom was nasty. I doubt I could handle a hall bathroom....it just seems so prison-like. I always used to have "what if" questions if I had to stayed in those type of dorms. Questions like, what if my towel drops on the floor while I'm in there taking a shower? eek ill I think I think too much about random things. redface I'm just glad I'm done with the whole campus thing.....but from time to time I miss it.

It's not worse than having to take a shit after someone or while someone was in the room outside of the bathroom. I remember my roommate never left the room stab, so I would always take a shit before I got in the shower. I would turn on the shower while I was taking a shit, so it wouldn't be so obvious. I mean because the way our rooms were set up....it wasn't hard to tell whenever someone was in there taking a shit. It was basically a room-bathroom-room set up.

This past spring semester, I had to share 2 showers with 30 girls barf

I'm a germaphobe so it was torture. There was always hair and puddles everywhere. I'm not going to discuss the other disgusting things I've seen. shake

See, this is fine for occasional fun, but for practical reasons it's a nightmare. Someone's always a bit out of the water and that can get cold and you can't really rinse properly and there's not always enough room.

second shower in my house is always a risk- coz both my son and husband have really hot showers-that and a dodgy hot water cylinder makes second showers cold brrrrr

Really though you should tell your friend to clean and wipe around and wipe up the puddles after use.

OMG that's one thing that truly chaps my ass, I hate to use the bathroom after someone whose left the bathroom in that condition mad it creeps me out, I'll wait if time allows for everything to dry up before using the bathroom.

the water's usually hotter by the second shower, so there's a tradeoff
