Hey guys,

I'm going to Las Vegas this Thursday. I'm really excited. I'm going with my brother. I've never been there before. What should I expect? Anything I should not miss? I'd love to hear stories of what to expect or anything..really.

It will be extremely hot, my brother was there a week ago and he said it was 113 degrees. The only difference from being in the pool and outside of it was that in the pool you were wet hope you can stay cool

But Vegas is very fun, theres lots to do

I love Las Vegas! It's so clean and I stayed on the strip at the MGM grand hotel 4 years ago, there are plenty of things to see and everything is so Rich looking, Ive always wanted to go back but couldn't afford it yet, Have a great time

You can certainly expect to walk a lot. Oh and all the people slapping a flyer (that tells you about all the prositutes you can call to your hotel) in their hand and giving it to you. I call it the slap and pass. You might be WTF am I talking about. But when you get there and discover these annoying people while walking about...you'll remember this post and laugh.

One thing I thought was cool, was the strip off the strip with the LED light show in the streets. I forgot where it is, but it was cool to see. They have this netting that covers the streets and do little shows I think every hour. Someone here can probably tell you what it's called.

Gay bars...stay away from the Gypsy. Costly cover and it's a stand and model fest. There ius a great bar across the way that is MUCH better and more relaxed. NO COVER. We met all kinds of people there. Most are with family and are needing to get away from the breed fest/frat boy/family madness that exists in Vegas.

I didn't go to any shows, so I can't tell you about those...the Bellagio brunch is worth it.
