However, I do suggest a good backpack that will hold things well and not tear up or cause the shoulders to hurt. I got a backpack and one with wheels. The backpack is for the days in which I don't carry a lot of things, and the backpack with wheels is for the days in which I have to carry a lot of things of course I don't use both backpacks at the same time. I really like spicy food. I mostly put Jalapenos on a lot of my food.
