giggle The other day when I was playing Sims with my nephews, we had a birthday party, with cake and balloons. We told the one Sims to clean up, because the party was over. Instead of putting the cakes into the garbage, the Sims put them in the dishwasher! falloff

Another funny thing is when one of the Sims has to use the restroom. They hold their crotch and make a little wimpering sound. If you don't send them to the bathroom, they pee right there on the floor, then you have to make them clean it up. lol

It's also hysterical when one of the Sims is doing something in the kitchen, and they accidentally start a fire. lol You have to send them out of the house, and call the fire department to put out the fire. lol

This game is just too much fun!!

Yes, that dishwasher is all good until it breaks. They seem to be able to put anything in there!

My favorite thing they do is if they are out and about and when you FINALLY get them back home they passout on the front lawn.

Fire in the SIMS is no fun. Though I have started jealous fights. Shoo...even a glance can start a jealous rage and cause love points to plummet! I don't recommend this at a party as things can get out of hand. SIM Enemies are FUN after a while, you don't even have to provoke them.

Getting abducted by Aliens thumbs up! Apparently aliens can now live with your Sims and be a part of the neighborhood. You can also have a family of Robots which is cool. Or be a hippie and run your own business from your home.

I love the alien thing...I had two of my guys get abducted and become pregnant and they gave birth to alien babies..one even had twins. lol What I like now...is there are plant people, they make their own babies by shaking the pollen off their heads. To funny...and they never eat, they just need sunlight and water. lol

Wait...was this for SIMS2 or the regular sims? Can people have Twins now? I think I heard about that...but it is a rare occurance. Plant people? Which expansion pack does that come with?

One thing that used to miff me was you can't combine items from certain expansion packs in certain destinations...like you can't make a nightclub out of the House party stuff. Or that magazines could only be had with Hot Date etc. Oh and the pets getting in the way of cars was very annoying!

My wife bought it "for my niece" and got hooked on it. Until it consumed so much memory and screwed up my PC so bad that I had to purge it.

Afronomical

That game is hilarious. It has ruined lives for junkies who start to believe the SIMS is REAL LIFE. My sister divorced her hubby over that game because he started spending blocks of hours, sometimes 24 hours, on it. It consumed him. That's pretty sad when a video game takes the place of your real life. People addicted to that game need serious help. confused

REMEMBER it? heck, sometimes i'll re-load the game on to my computer and still PLAY it! i've never messed with the playstation version, only the PC version. i have a few of the add-ons, but they make my computer go all slow and goofy, so i don't go too crazy with 'em. but yeah, when i first started playing with 'em, i got really addicted. i had to finally take it off my computer, but yeah - good times!

when a character did that i would make them go swimming then sell the ladder so they couldn't get out of the pool, then they'd die and i'd take the urn and sell that too. redface
