My favourites used to be from a now disappeared restaurant called The Magic Pan. They had a large station in the center of the dining area where you could watch them being made. There was one especially fabulous with fresh whole asparagus and a light white sauce and for dessert, a sweet black burgandy cherry with almond crepe that they would flambe'. It was insanely good.
