Seriously Mach you have to get a hold of his cds.... he's really fantastic... it's not really what he says...it's more his delivery and timing.

He was sooooo funny. I wish I'd discovered him before he passed away.

No.

I would have tried my hardest to cure him of his drug addiction (nearly impossible I know) if I were though. He was hilarious and it's a shame there will never be new material from him.

It always feels like he's your drunk/high friend just chatting with you and cracking you up. It never feels like a production.

He's really brilliant. lol

Count me in as another big fan of Mr. Hedberg's.

Besides being a genius comedian, he was a genuinely goodhearted human being who treated his fans with great respect and affection.

"I wrote a letter to my dad- I wrote, 'I really enjoy being here'. But I accidently wrote rarely, instead of really. But I still wanted to use it, so I crossed it out and wrote 'I rarely drive steamboats, Dad. There's a lot you don't know about me. Quit trying to act like I'm a steamboat operator.' This letter took a harsh turn right away."

Hi Finess.

March 29, 2005. Trageically, by the time it was made official and released to the press, it was April 1st, prompting several of his fans to think it was an April fools joke.

His whole act reminded me more of Steven Wright who, in my opinion, was much funnier. It's a shame he died so young though.

He was very influenced by Wright, that's for sure. Still, I thought he had his own twist on it.
