Please help!!!

Does anyone know what song is played after the Chicago Cubs win at home?
I have to know it today by 6. My soccer coach told us if anyone found what it was and sang it we get out of the mile run today.

I found this :

Songs
The Chicago White Sox and its fanbase have adopted several songs as its theme songs over the years, among them:

"Let's Go, Go-Go White Sox" by Captain Stubby and the Buccaneers, the official fight song of the Chicago White Sox dating back to the 1959 World Series team, sung during and after major offensive plays and rallies.
"Thunderstruck" by AC/DC, played during Player inroductions.
"Livin' on a Prayer" by Bon Jovi, a fan favorite for many years, it is often played during an offensive rally when the White Sox need a big clutch hit.
"Don't Stop Believin' by Journey, which became the team's theme song during the 2005 season and was famously sung by Sox players and former Journey singer Steve Perry when they won the 2005 World Series.
"Boom" by POD, played when fireball closer Bobby Jenks enters the game.
"My Kind of Town" by Frank Sinatra, often played just prior to the start of a game, praising the city of Chicago.
"Na Na Hey Hey Kiss Him Goodbye" by Steam, played when an opposing pitcher is pulled, when a player hits a homerun, and when the White Sox win a game.
"Sweet Home Chicago" as sung by The Blues Brothers, traditionally played at the end of the game when the White Sox win.
"Have a Nice Day" by Bon Jovi, another song often played after a White Sox victory
"He's a Pirate" by Klaus Badelt from the movie "Pirates of the Caribbean", is the second song used in the White Sox Player Introductions before the game.
"Harrow's Way" is the first song used in the White Sox Play Introductions before the game.
Songs that the players come to bat with can be found at this link. [1]

I would if my knee wasn't messed up. I like running, but it hurts so bad that i can't stand it. I can't tell my coach though cause i'm one of the captains and if i have to sit out it will look bad.

Dead Prez-"Hip Hop".....the instrumental version. I'm pretty sure it's his official entrance music.
