Nothing. I don't eat past 7:30PM.
I really like spicy food. I mostly put Jalapenos on a lot of my food.

with smoked turkey necks and onions. boiled in chicken stock w/ a little bit of white vinegar, salt and pepper. before I had my son I used to use some crushed pepper flakes but that's too spicy for him.

I made bar tacos. Bar tacos you ask.... You mix the taco meat in the taco sauce but then you put it in a zip lock back thats halfway filled with either corona or dos equis, tobasco sauce, onions, and tomatoes and you cook the meet till its dark. Its got a distinct smoky flavor and is perfect while watching basketball.

It's southern.

"It's a custard pie that emerges from the oven with a golden brown, slightly caramelized top over a creamy center. With a tender consistency that almost melts on the palette, you might say it's creme brulee's culinary cousin."

3 eggs (or 4 eggs for less sweet version)

1 cup sugar

2 tablespoons flour, plus a little for dusting

1/2 cup melted butter

1 cup buttermilk (or 1 1/2 cups buttermilk for less sweet version)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Beat eggs slightly and add sugar and flour. Then add melted butter and mix well. Add buttermilk and vanilla and mix.

Dust the unbaked pie shell with a little bit of flour. Pour batter into shell, and then sprinkle a little more flour on top.

Bake at 325 degrees until the custard is set, approximately 1 hour.

The cafe's version has cinnamon and nutmeg on top, mixed with a cobbler crumble. It's RIDICULOUS. I'm not really big on desserts, but I can see myself ordering it again.
Oh shit, my hat done fell off

I love desserts, but this pie along with any type of custard is my least favorite type of dessert/pie.
