Pat Burrell was a year ahead of me in high school.... he was the talk of the town back then. Never met him, but saw him around quite a bit....




Oh, and I went to the Univ. of Colorado so I saw a lot of athletes around, but possibly the biggest name was Chauncey....

i went to the same high school and college as joyce dewitt, but not at the same time because i'm not THAT old. i apparently went to college at the same time as cinda williams...is that her name? she was in a spike lee movie and in the 'tales from the city' movies? yeah. she was like a year ahead of me and my acting teacher talked about her a lot (in a good way).

OH! i went to college with and was in a band with and was roommates with one of the guys who sang the song in the opening titles of "mallrats".

That's all I can think of right now.

UT at Austin... both were in the film program one year ahead of me (Robert Rodriquez) and one year behind me (matt mcconaughey)

I'd always see 'em in the halls or waiting to get into class, at student screenings... they weren't famous to the world, but they did stand out even then.
