I heart working for Target. They just handed out organic green tea with jasmine near our cafeteria. A whole tin full of it to enjoy at work or home. And a little tea ball diffuser. I'm excited to try it!
yay!

Since we started with the super targets we get samples of Archer Farms (their in house brand) stuff about once a month. Last month was the apple cinnamon struedel pancakes. At the AIDS walk is was yummy granola bars.

How do you feel about the Arizona Tea line? I like the green tea w/honey. I think that's what it is. Although, tea products(Arizona & Lipton, at least) never list their caffeine content. Do they have any?

i need to try more of their diet stuff. i don't like the regular sugared stuff because it's too corn syrupy. i think i tried some diet pomegranate something-or-other by them recently and it wasn't bad.

Ooh, a good thread. woot!

I have a few teas I'm drinking at the moment. As far as teabags I'm drinking Clipper Organic White Tea with raspberry and a ginseng blue-green (oolong) from the north of Thailand. I like the quality of Clipper for the price so that tends to be my choice for a quick cuppa.

For green tea I have Clipper's loose 'Green China Tea', which is a fairly standard, slightly grassy but not too bitter green tea. I also drink sugar-free bottled Oishi green tea when on the go.

Otherwise, if I've more time and I really want to enjoy a good cup of tea then it's Fujian loose oolong, which is nicely woody and strong, for the morning, or my favourite, loose Pai Mu Tan (White Peony) for the afternoon and evening.

The right white tea is unbeatable. Better for you than green and smoother if you make it correctly. When it's just nicely warm and steeped correctly it's so light and smooth. drool

So a good rule of thumb is black or blue-green in the morning to get you going, green for the afternoon, and white in the evening. thumbs up!

If you're game, Silver Needle loose white tea is just about the king of teas at the pricier but generally relatively easy to find end of the scale.

I've been drinking a decaf white tea in the evenings, but I'm wondering how it would taste iced... as it's getting hot out now and I'm not so much for hot beverages when it's 90 degrees and humid out. hmmm

You could give it a go, but I've tried several times to make iced white tea and personally I can't get it right. Usually not a strong enough flavour, unless I use the white tea and strawberry one I have. drool
