Actually, it's a major faux pas to wear a clipon tie. Especially, when you're a boy, you will be made fun of for wearing one. Trust.

I usually go with the half windsor knot. It doesn't look too big or too small, and it's fairly easy to do.

as I said, if a 5 yr old can do it then anyone can..
