Emmit Smith's Situation reminds me of what Michael Jordan had to deal with last year with the Wizards.it's a Great Reflection of Yesterday&Today.my how the Mighty have Fallen? you gotta get rid of that Romper Room Coach Campo.Get a Legit Reciver that still matters.you knew it was gonna be a long Season when the Houston Texans started the Game off with a Bomb?

Vick is gonna Be the Standard of QB's One Day when he gets all the Fundamentals Down to Match His Raw Talent.Vick is the Real Deal.Dan Reeves thought He had something with a Younger John ELway He ain't seen nothing yet once Vick gets His Groove Going.

IMHO the Detroit Lions are going through the Barry Sanders Curse along the lines of what the New Jersey Nets went through once they traded DR J Julius Erving to Philly.but I hope the Lions don't have to wait a Decade to get back to being a Good team? don't you Lions Fans Miss Eric Kramer&even Eric Hipple now? Billy Sims or even Dexter Busy where have you Gone? the lions are also Cursed for Firing Wayne Fontes.Wayne always had you Guys in the Playoffs.Matt Millen might Reconsider a Fox Gig.

I think Emmit still has alot of talent though. If Carter could establish a passing game, I think Smith could rack up some yards. Larry Allen being hurt doesn't help.

I agree about Campo. Remember last year when he didn't go for the two pt. conversion when they were down 8 and there was like 2 minutes left???

I think Galloway is a legit #1 receiver and Bryant is a talent...although his fumble was awful. If Carter and the OFF line could get things going, I really believe the Cowboys have some talent.

Sounds about right to me...and yes, I miss Sanders, Sims and Hipple and Busy...it just kills me that we have a beautiful new stadium (Ford Field) and no good money is going into the team...it's kinda like what happened with the Tigers.

Loved that Texans game. Sorry I'm from Houston.

As far as the Cowboys, I figure they are finally getting into rebulding so they are gonna suck for at least a couple of years. Galloway is legit, but he needs to live up to his potential. Hard to tell if Carter is the future or not cause the Off. Line sucks ass. Emmit still has something, and he'd have more if he had decent line, but he ain't what he used to be. Campo is a'ight, but they could use a real coach. Of course a big name coach doesn't guarantee jack. Look at the Redskins.

First of all, the VIKINGS licks Rhino booty. I never liked the firing of Dennis Green, and I'm not a Vikings fan, but since I live here.

Anyway, being from Philly, my squad still remains to be the EAGLES, yeah well the first game was a fluke, but you can see we're kickin' huge ass!! Can anyone stop us??

How bout' dem (___fill in the blank___)!!!

I'm not a huge football fan(i'd rather play than watch) but when i do catch the Vikings, it's just embarrassing to see how bad they are. Tice won't last long at the rate he's going and i, too, thought the Denny Green firing was bullshit. He puts them in the playoffs 8 out of 9 yrs and everyone and their grandmother bitched about him.
But--now MN is getting what they asked for: no Denny, no Cris, no Robert Smith(as i think he left a yr or two early becuz of Moss)...no wins.

My Packers have injuries to about half of their starters on both offense AND defense and they are still winning games...

I'll admit, they do NOT look good right now, but trust me, as the season grows older and players heal, Philly won't be the team to beat anymore.

The Packers will win their division and beat the Saints in the first round of the playoffs and will beat Philly in the NFC championship and then beat the Patriots in the Superbowl,a throwback to the 1996 season. omg

Yes, I am an eternal optimist! smile

I still wish Jimmy and Jerry could have worked out their differences. Two huge egos, one team. Still, I don't think the current state of the Cowbows is all Jerry's fault. Having a roster as loaded with superstars and superstar salaries as they did in the 90's is gonna bite you in the ass sooner or later. Now they've gotta pay the price for all that success. Of course if we don't have a competetive team in the next three years or so Jerry should be run out of town.

of course the division is weak. what with the browns, the bengals and the steelers and all. which is why the ravens SHOULD win their division. the team has always been about defense anyway and against Denver the defense showed that it could step up and play.

redman still needs to develop as a QB but Heap can play. and with stokley and jamal lewis, they shouldn't go four games without scoring a touchdown again.

and wasn't it the ravesn, with half a team, that beat philly, with a full team, in preseason?

My squad...the Vikes...are 0-4..cry...More potential trouble for Moss and Duante has looked rough around the edges so to speak...Defense is getting hammer with no hope in site. Maybe they should put my boy in at QB and see if things turn around smile I refuse to abandon my squad though...they are young, and I am sure will surprise someone, much like the Broncos on Monday night. omg Go Vikes! nuts
