I will *never* forget the shame of having to go to a relative's wedding with my family - all dressed up to the 9's, flowers, cards, presents and all - on a bus. All because my cretin of a father managed to get himself banned from driving after being caught under the influence. That was maybe 20 years ago, but I still remember how mortified I felt going into school and trying to make up excuses as to why he could never drive us about. He was banned for 18 months. In the end, I told everyone because I was sick of making excuses for his stupd ass; but it was totally embarrassing all the same.

Hmmm, Paris Hilton....hmmmm. It is irritating to see so much of her in the media. She should servce out her sentence in jail, not in some big mansion with all the ammenities right there in the comfort of her own home. She did the crime she should complete the time where she was sent. This case is most definately special treatment, but hey, that's the way of the world it seems. Ain't much fairness in it.

But it is no a big shock that she is not the only famous person to get out of jail really early. It is disgusting that they get special treatment. I do not blame Paris for trying to get out of jail. I blame the people that set her free. Being on house arrest in a mansion is not the same.
