i have. or at least the same exact height. but wearing heels around them is a problem. because suddenly they get self conscious, which in turn makes me self-conscious. and then there ends up being that 'there's an elephant in the room but shhhhh we'll never discuss it' kind of vibe going on. i had to leave that alone because as a woman you start feeling like 'now why the hell do i have to live my life f**king up my SHOE CHOICES for you just because YOU're tripping?' confused no, but really! lol . so i genrally try to keep a 3 in. height difference. before hubby, my last boyfriend from tokyo was only 2 inches taller than me, but he was such a bossy, cocky bastard that it didn't matter. he carried himself like he was the bomb. confidence on the part of the man is defintely key. everywhere we went in public i could wear really kickass shoes (which he loved) and i could always walk next to him with the attitude of 'uh huh, that's right. i am with my MAY-AN. i know. we're fierce. don't cry. don't cry.' lol lol lol but when they're not comfortable with it pout

one thing i will say for men of smaller stature, though...i've always found them to be really 'amourous' in the boudoir department. i don't know if its an ego thing or what, but the experiences i've had with men who are considered 'short', is that they ATTACK you in the bedroom. its as if they want to leave NO doubt in your mind that they are men's men, height nonwithstanding. which , hey, is cool too.

I´m 1,76 m , or 176 centimeters....don´t know how tall or short that is in feet but I don´t consider myself short...still, I would love to date taller women. Absolutely no ego problems at all.
I also don´t have a problem with petite women. I really don´t understand why some men have such issues with taller women. Then again, I also don´t understand most women´s need to have a tall man.

Is this something biological ? Some sort of breeding instinct ? Or status ?
I´m confused.
My current dating partner is quite short but I´m gonna meet someone real tall real soon. Sex is much more important than height.

Yeah, I know...how boring...that´s why I´m not interested in "many women" or ex-girlfriends of "those kind of men".... lol .
Being powerful is a good thing but it shouldn´t be that primitive and simple these days.Besides, true power comes in many variations.
Of course, a Flavor Flav-Brigitte Nielsen relationship is also not my ideal but I guess you catch my drift. I just don´t have a problem with tall and strong women.

And to answer your question, no I normally won't date someone shorter than me. I'm 5'7" and wear heels ALL the time so I'm pretty much 6 feet cept' for when I'm sleeping. It feels too awkward being with a short man.
