Well, keeping this solely on the looks portion, by Hollywood standards, Girl one is a bit on the heavy side

Why should one prettier be as the other? I can not decide this things. Every person has something special and that someone likes or not. People are diffrent ways looking and that is cool and intresting. Diversity is the beautiful!

I can't believe I'm actually posting on this thread but I'm uber bored so....

They are both pretty...at first I thought girl #2 was prettier. But after seeing many other pictures of her, as well as girl #1, my final vote is for girl #1. Girl 1's looks are more consistent, girl 2 is too hit-or-miss. Sometimes she looks gorgeous, other times she's "ehh" which makes me think a lot of it has to do with smoke & mirrors (read: make-up & lighting).

I think that both of them have relatively symmetrical features, although I agree with whomever posted that girl 2's nose is a bit weird if you really look at it (only noticeable if she's looking down). And I am being *really* nit-picky here--they are both cute girls. I think girl 1's eyes are beautiful, she should try to accentuate them more with mascara or smokey eyeshadows.

The vibe--girl 1 seems to be more "down to earth" I guess; girl 2 seems like they type who needs to have people paying attention to her constantly or she would get bored. Probably doesn't have many girl friends. But I really have no idea. Based on the pics I saw in the other thread, girl 1 also seems kinda needy and oblivious to the fact that her boyfriend is "just not that into her."

So I'm guessing this project doesn't have anything to do with light-skinned v. dark-skinned or "good hair" v. "bad hair" standards of beauty (as I first thought)--it's more about whether fashionable clothes/hair affect people's perception of beauty?
