Does anyone know how to get stains...

Off of a white tuxedo shirt.... I have lasagna stains on the wrists of the shirt and a little champagne stain on the mid section of the shirt. I need to take back this tuxedo to the rental place but don't know if they will charge me extra for a stain removal. I'm cheap like that so help me come up with some solutions.

Yes I'm serious I did the whole shake the bottle and blow up the cork thing at the wedding and the contents of the bottle just halfway flew onto me! I can't seem to remove the color. lol

Tuxedo shirts do look good with jeans. lol

You can try hydrogen peroxide (or something like OxyClean).

As long as you haven't already put it through a dryer. If you have, you're screwed.

Bleach?

From one of my favorite household books, "Home Comforts" by Cheryl lMendelson,
Spaghetti sauce:scrape off excess and throw the shirt in the washer with hot water and detegent.(I'd start with cold water, since hot isn't recommended with the champagne stain)
Beverages: soak stain in cool water. Pre-treat with prewash stain remover or detergent. Launder with bleach safe for the fabric.

How do you remove sticky marks from a keyboard? I need to return mine to the keyboard rental place in half an hour!

Have you tried switching it off and switching it back on again?

ok, here is what you do.

Get a BAR of laundry soap. they usually sell them in the same isle as liquid and powder detergent. Also, get some powdered Oxiclean and a bucket.

Fill the bucket with warm water and put in about 1/4 cup of Oxiclean.

Submerge the shirt in the liquid, then rub the laundry soap bar on the stain and scrub it with a fingernail brush.

let the shirt soak in the oxiclean solution for at least six hours. then machine wash in cold water with laundry detergent.

that will do it.
