The south of Argentina

Hi All,

Well Im currently in the south of Argentina right now. After leaving El Bolson (for those who read my MySpace blog) we headed towards El Calafate where I currently am now. Yesterday we got up early to see the Perto Moreno ice glacier. Arriving there before the crowds we managed to see two ice crashes which were stunning. It was like a building falling. It was eerily quiet apart from the sound of aching ice.

Today was another early rise to catch a cruise around the Parque Nacional Los Glaciares. The views were absolutley stunning as we sailed through icebergs and getting up close to the glaciers.

OK, thats all for now. Sorry Ive been a bit lack on the photo front. The internet is so slow down here. Not surprising as I am at the bottom of the world nearly. That is in fact where I am heading next; Ushuaia. ´The last city on earth´.

smile

That sounds really cool. I'm supposed to go to Beunos Aires with some Argentinian friends of mine sometime in the near future. I hope that materialises.
