Hi

I have been training everyday for around 8 months solid. More often that not 6 days a week. All Calishenics and cardio. e.g. using my bodys natural resistance etc. instead of weight training. Well today i decided to go get my entire chest waxed to finally see the extent of my efforts. Whilst it was obvious i was in shape by viewing my arms etc.. my pecks and my ab's were 'overshadowed' if u will lol by my chest hair.

Anyway, i went and had it done an hour ago and it looks great, im really cut up and can now finnaly see it! so happy with it. But man, do i sting now! OWWWWW
