Maybe you'd better tell him how constipating cheese is. That, and nuts, can really bind one up. Run out and buy a bottle of prune juice, just in case.

Although this does not reflect on myself as a parent, I hide stuff from the kids all the time.(energy drinks) My hiding space is the bottom of the crisper drawer.

I love string cheese! My suggestion is to find a good place in your refrigerator to hide it, so Matt can't eat it.
