Laughably shit horror films I saw one yesterday, a recent take on "Jekyll + Hyde", which was a complete waste of time. If you see it in Blockbusters, don't bother with it.
I thought "Land of the Dead" was a huge disappointment as well. What is the point in making horror films that aren't scary? It's like a porno without any shagging

That was pretty bad. I saw that on Elvira's (Mistress of the Dark, the head with two things) show. My Legacy

Carnival of Blood is HANDS DOWN the worst horror movie ever. The director was so stupid that he'd shoot night scenes where the killer was about to kill his victims and then he'd all of a sudden switch to a day scene. wtf? Everything was awful about that movie.....extremely low budget, blood that looked like finger paint, things that just made no sense. I know some horrors are setup to be ridiculous, but this one takes the cake. If you can't find it in stores then, Emule has it. looking for you in the woods tonight Switch FC SW-2874-2863-4789 (Rum&Coke)

Oh my god, you thought the first one was bad.....you should see the made for Sci-Fi channel part 2. Most of those made for tv Sci-Fi movies are pretty bad. I did like Betty White's part in Lake Placid. If I had a dick, this is where I'd tell you to suck it! looking for you in the woods tonight Switch FC SW-2874-2863-4789 (Rum&Coke)

Reanimator was awesome. It's the only movie I've ever seen, where a severed head, went down on a girl.

Well "Nailgun Massacre" and "Ax Em" get my vote.
Then there's "Nightmare Weekend" where an early '80s Tandy-like computer speaks through a hand puppet that kills and then later someone is killed by a pair of panties. [Edited 5/14/07 15:55pm] "I Was FINE Back in the Day!"

I just thought about "People Under the Stairs". Oh my god.....who remembers seeing that one? Wes has made some silly ass movies. The other day, I found a double feature dvd for $1 with Poe's "Tell-Tale Heart" and Wes Craven's "Chiller" on it. I've always liked TTH, but I've never seen "Chiller". If it's on a double feature dollar dvd, it must not be hitting on too much. looking for you in the woods tonight Switch FC SW-2874-2863-4789 (Rum&Coke)

I just read the synposis of Basket Case on Netflix, and I just HAD to add the movie to the top of my queue. : "Likeable Duane Bradley (Kevin Van Hentenryck) checks into a Times Square flophouse toting a locked wicker basket. Turns out that inside is what remains of Duane's once-conjoined twin, Belial, who was surgically separated from Duane and left for dead on a trash heap. Now the siblings seek murderous vengeance on the doctors responsible, and Belial won't let anything stop him -- least of all Duane's nascent romance with a coy receptionist." This sounds like a classic suck fest. Can't wait to see it! "I Was FINE Back in the Day!"

There are the movies that try to be scary and are poor excuses for anything sensical. I give you "Cabin Fever", "Jeepers Creepers" and "Dreamcatcher".
Then there is this, a movie so terrible that it purports to be a snuff film and the lead character completely patronizes the audience by questioning why they were still watching. The movie was so shit, it turned out to be a valid query, but not for the reasons posed by the dull lead character. "The Last Horror Movie" is one of the worst pieces of shit I've ever had the misfortune of seeing. Feel free to join in the Prince Album Poll 2018! This sounds like a classic suck fest. Can't wait to see it! parts of that movie had to be made funny on purpose. i simply can't believe they filmed some of that stuff with any kind of straight face. and ALL the female characters in 'basket case' are a riot. you're gonna have fun. though the sequels just suck - it's like they realized audiences were in on the joke and they tried to re-create the camp and that rarely works.
