50/50 parenting Is anyone interested? A gentleman named Michael Galluzzo had a case that went to the United States Supreme court. Unfortunately, the Court did not hear this case against the state of Ohio.
Question: How can the state give and take custody of someone that they are not supposed to own or are not supposed to be a parent of? If the State is the parent of all of us ((via Parens Patria), than why people forced to financial care for a child when they are not the child's parent and are still a child and a dependant of the state? | |
