yeah, i go back and forth with my passion for the gym, too...i'll get on a kick where i go all the time, and then i'll get sick or work will get too draining and i'll have to take a gym vacation, and it's a major pain in the ass to get back to where i was when i was all about the gym, all the time. eventually i get there, but not without a fight!

one thing that's helped me has been taking my gym duffel to work. now, my gym is only two blocks away from my apartment, so you'd think i could just drop by my pad after work, change my clothes, and zip over to the gym. not that easy. when i get home, my apartment sucks me in and the next thing i know it's 7pm and i've been piddlefarting all night and my day is shot. now, i just go directly to the gym after work and it's helped me go a lot more frequently. i got four visits in last week!

I have a creepy crawly feeling of doom and gloom like we just hit the nail on the head.
I hope after monopolizing the equipment you at least clean the sweat off the benches. No, don't tell me.....
