I like them, they make me laugh, especially some foot and leg craps. I love the concept that you cannot will your body to move, looking at your foot all twisted doing what it was not instructed . Reminds me of a lot we take for granted in our bodies. reminds me that i am alive.

It's a wonder that Advil came up as a pain reliever for cramps where the only thing that will make mine go away is Aleve, and I start out taking 2, it that doesn't work after an hour then i take 2 more, and then the cramps officially wear off. I get severe ones, so much so that i can't stand anything, like i can't stand for the lights to be on, to hear someone talking or for someone to come anywhere near me.

Oh, and boil some ginger root for menstrual cramps. Works wonders and is really soothing if you also get an upset stomach on your period.
