How Do You Deal With Cramps? Any type of cramps. I really like spicy food. I mostly put Jalapenos on a lot of my food.

Advil for menstrual cramps. I don't get cramps like I have seen other women get cramps, but I do get lower back pain the first days. I really like spicy food. I mostly put Jalapenos on a lot of my food.

Cramps are often caused through over effort. Are u using a particular muscle group continuously which u may not be aware off. Also, vitamin deficiency is also linked to cramps. Make sure that u are eating well and the miricale cure - Drink LOTS of water.
try some light strecthes, too. Cant emphasise the benifits of easy light strecthing on the body.

Advil for menstrual cramps. For sure... the slightest ting of cramp coming... I am so quick to take at least 400 mg of advil, or I pay the price. I get cramps horribly. I describe it to people who wonder , it's like twisting your arm in two different directions (non-stop) only, it is like that, say... like in your intestines. I know the pain is not there... but it literally it felt in the whole abdomen area.

I feel as if life is about to end, for real. ---> although this is not a laughing matter.

I am lucky and rarely get menstrual cramps but I have heard that Advil is the best for this because it relaxes the stomach muscles

How do i deal with cramps?
Hmmm... I crawl into a foetal position, rock back and forth, and wail. No seriously women ..it works. It draws your attention away from the actual cramps and instead to the strange people hovering around you in K-mart! People can be so weird sometimes!

Advil doesn't work for me anymore, I switched to extra strength 500mg Tylenol but I have to catch them before they get bad to feel any relief
Exercise & eating also help ease mine - ironic huh?

What I do get is a lot of leg and feet cramps anyone know what is good for that????? Possible dehydration. Drink at least 64oz. per day. If it doesn't work I recommend seeing a doctor could be a circulation problem.
