But a young girl in horrible circumstances believing she is a long lost princess who will one day find her way back to her true home as a means of keeping hope alive... Bindun. If your going to describe the movie that broadly then every movie in the last 50 years has been done, but this one never in such an original way. And you can't intelligently agrue with me on the boring aspect, so don't start. Although I'll admit the eyball monster did keep my attention for the whole 4 minutes it was on screen.
The eyeball monster wasn't the only thing in the movie--every scene with Pan, the whole civil war background with the constant threat of Mercedes the maid being exposed as working for the rebels. There was a lot going on there.

Ellie said: Batman Begins - overlong, crap acting, out of context action sequences, 90% of the actors are all English/Welsh/Irish with bad accents.
Million Dollar Baby - Manipulative garbage. Crash - Manipulative garbage. Lost In Translation - Booooring characters. What is so interesting about both of them? Why should I care? It was borderline racist to the Japanese aswell - there's no WAY a hospital would treat them like that. Why is it funny that a Japanese woman can't say her Rs and Ls? I've seen more PC humour in 'Dude, Where's My Car?' Dreamgirls - AWFUL songs, shit acting, overlong, bad script. Hudson and Murphy and Foxx were appalling. Beyonce was the best thing in it. The Queen - Pointless. All the Spidermans - Tobey Maguire and Kirsten Dunst have to be the most dire screen romance couple in recent years. FIlms were just yawnsome. Gladiator - Spends about an hour going through stuff that should have taken 20 minutes. I can sleep through the whole thing whenever it's on. Reservior Dogs - I love pretty much everything else Tarantino has done (shame on Pulp Fiction haters!), but apart from 2 or 3 scenes this is just boring. [Edited 5/5/07 5:14am] Do people like going to the movies with you? I will say that 'Crash' insulted my intelligence. 'Fight Club' also.

oh- i have gotten into arguments about it ... with friends, co workers, relatives ... I hated Armageddon. Was supposed to come in 1975. Been arguing about that ever since. "Let love be your perfect weapon..." ~~Andy Biersack

Pulp Fiction - it's been a long time since I saw that last so I'd need to give it a whirl; but I like it, from what I remember. Forrest Gump... I think Tom Hanks is a rubbish actor. I don't think I've ever told you this - only because it's such an obscure thing and I seem to agree with everything you say - but I do have a massive aversion to Meg Ryan and Andie MacDowell as well. Anything with those two in, I don't want to see it. I both hate Pulp Fiction and Forrest Gump! I just can't stand Tarantino, John Travolta, Bruce Willis...and Tom Hanks! And just a few days ago I told one of my friends that how much I hate Meg Ryan! She was like ... Also hate any Nicholas Cage movie! Oh, God! That actor is a massive shit!!!
