I'm taking leftover Thai food - a little pad thai & some curry salmon w/ rice
A diet Hansen's, ONE cookie, some banana chips & a big thing of peppermint water. No coffee today, but I'll surely regret that later

I used to by MetroMint but since I'm a Brita person it got to be expensive to me So I just bought a 24oz jug from Target - it's insulated w/ a straw. Fill it up, a few ice cubes & just the TINIEST DROP of peppermint extract. Not even a drop really, just let 1/2 drop dribble over the edge of the bottle & it's enough to flavor it. It's really good w/ just a hint of the peppermint

White is nasty!!!! I love peanut butter too- I am addicted to Smart Balance brand with the Omega's and no trans fats. I usually eat an apple with peanut butter for lunch but could not stomach the apple today.

DUDE, that's the thing - I've been hanging out @ home the past few days & I'm having 2 24oz bottles a day so far I just... like it It's the mint, I fell off my water after I stopped buying the mint water. & I tried the flavored waters from Target but I feel guilty about the fake sugar in them. Hopefully I'll stay on the path w/ this stuff

Hopefully I'll stay on the path w/ this stuff There are these flavor drops that my local natural food market sells. . . peppermint stevia. They're GREAT for flavoring water. They add a nice peppermint flavor that isn't overpowering along with a liiiiittle non-gross sweetness. Really yummy. A few fresh mint leaves and a few slices of cucumber left to seep in a jug of water is a very good thing too. oh noes, prince is gonna soo me!!1!

I'm not sure if they use a certain kind of tea or not (probably do) but it's basically super SWEET tea over ice, topped w/ a splash of cream. Mix it together & it's so damn good
