Baby greens, crumbled gorgonzola or feta, chives, diced pear, sun dried tomatoes or peppers, mushrooms, Kalamata olives, balsamic vinegar, cashews, hummus.

Basically, put any or all of those ingredients together, maybe top with some grilled chicken or salmon, and I'm a happy woman!

ooohhh! I love salads. I have one almost everyday for lunch.
Salad and mango ice-tea.

My favorite salad would be a chinese chicken salad. Greens, sauteed peppers, stir-fryed chicken, roasted peanuts, asian dressing and a sprinkle of sesame seeds!!!!!

i like a very simple tri-color salad (arugula, mesclun and endives) with a nice raspberry or citrus vinaigrette and a slice of sourdough bread or two. i don't like too much stuff rolling around in my salad.

Among the normal things like lettuce, tomato, peppers etc, I always put bean sprouts, dill pickles and little bits of cheddar cheese.
