The Spurs will take the ball out of LeBron's hands and dare Gibson, Hughes & Co. to beat them. Can they step it up again?

Yeah, can't see them doing it for more than a couple of games. LeBron will have the odd big game, but I think the Spurs have enough to make him struggle in more than one. Chances are the Cavs will all struggle in a game or two, so it's hard to see how they'd win the series.

Yeah, imo keep Tay,Rip,Billups,Maxiell, everybody else is expendable. This series reminded eveyone just how important big Ben was,no way should you have seen Lebron going to the hole like he did.Ben would have been there waitin on him. Well Detroit has joined the ranks of Dallas(Dirk needs to grow some balls)Mavs, Phoenix(we can win a championship with offence, right?)Suns. As being favorites of going to the nba finals but came up short
Also Detoirt needs to keep Amir Johnson he is going to be adog in the league. mad cry sad blackeye disbelief pissed fit

OMG!!! I was gone all night so I didn't see/hear SHIT about this game - I can't believe the Pistons are out!! omfg DAMN!! I probably won't watch any of the finals - can't stand the Spurs, don't think the Cavs can hold them off to make for a good matchup (talking out of my ass here, but still!)...

Hey, WHY did they trade Wallace in the first place? WTF??

Chris Webber must be crying his fucking eyes out right now, that bitch will NEVER get a ring disbelief

DAMN! eek
heart prince I never met you, but I LOVE you & I will forever!! Thank you for being YOU - my little Princey, the best to EVER do it prince heart

Ben Wallace left as a free agent...he wasn't traded.

Webber is a free agent now...guess he'll try to sign with the Cavs and
ride LeBron's coattails in order to get that ring...lol

Billups is a free agent, he's got the reputation, but damn, he's OLD...
somebody will overpay for his tired ass (will probably be the Pistons...
Dumars must GO)

Speaking of Dumars, why doesn't he get reemed by the Piston fans for
taking Darko over Carmelo with the #2 pick (LeBron was #1)? With these
Pistons as old as they are, THAT's a mistake that will haunt them for a
long time.

Tayshaun (he doesn't deserve to be called Prince) showed the world
that his game is soft, real soft. He will NEVER want that last second
shot, his ass is (literally) yellow lol
Thanks for the laughs, arguments and overall enjoyment for the last umpteen years. It's time for me to retire from Prince.org and engage in the real world...lol. Above all, I appreciated the talent Prince. You were one of a kind.

Detroit is gone, now it's the Spurs vs the Cavs. Well there is no way Lebron gonna be driving to the lane like he did with Detroit,,and whatever their center name is he is not gonna be scoring 20 points. Just like the bulls beat the Heat, then got beat by the Pistons, the Cavs will fall to the Spurs. I can see it now Horry hits a Big time 3-pointer and helps the Spur to a 4th nba championship.

Ouch. I really hate 2 say this but the Piston's look like they had no coaching at all against the Cavs. They are getting older but they are not done. I love 2 hate the Pistons but they are still a good team.

Yeah, first year couldn't blame Flip.,but 2nd year we might want to look at the coach as being part of the problem. The first problem no defense in the paint, Lebron just had his way driving to the lane. second where the bench

Th' Hell???? mad

***Bird was probably the best pure shooter ever in the NBA, white or black.
***He was a very good rebounder
***He was a GREAT passer
***He was a very good TEAM defender

1 on 1 is NOT basketball...it's a 5 on 5 game. LeBron is going to be special
because he sees the game like very few see it...all around...like Bird, Magic, Jordan etc.

That's exactly what I thought when I read those remarks, especially the ignorant comments about Bird. Dude was one of the top ten NBA players of all time, and I'm a Celtic hater.

LeBron the GOAT? Please....can we wait until his career is over first?

Ask McHale...lol

Barkley may say so, but that's because McHale was abusing him EVERY night, position for position.

McHale, Chief and DJ were great set up men, but Bird was an assassin.

I am to this day a die hard Celts fan! I wore #33 in high school and tried to pattern my game after Larry Legend. However i didn't get his height. Grew to six foot 2, and played like a poor mans Ginobili (which got me a college scholarship as a 2 guard!)

Dude thats horse shit logic. I am a Celtics fan from Womb to Tomb. The year before Larry Got Drafted the Celts were 29 - 53! The year he got there they went 61 - 21 and win the 1980 NBA championship! He lead INDIANA STATE SYCAMORES to a 33 - 0 record and to the NCAA finals, what has Indiana state done since. Larry Did what Lebron in less time!

Once again what did Reggie Miller ever do? Your hyping up James for what he did in his 4th year in the League! Bird did it as a rookie! And won it! (which Lebron will not do) So who is your team if I may ask?

You sound young...

Magic had a better supporting cast...it was Larry and the nobodies on that Indiana State team that went undefeated through the regular season. Larry carried that team by making supporting teammates better, that's what GREAT players do. They make others better.

That's what Lebron is doing now, what Magic did as a laker. MJ took a slightly different path, but ultimately, he made his teammates better too.
That is the thing that Kobe can't figure out...great scorer, but that's it, same with Iverson...that list can go on and on (and includes Reggie Miller)
