I was just given a NES action set!

And I am hella geeked!!! PS3 who?

I got a few games; SMB/Duck Hunt, SMB3, Gradius, Ohello, and Top Gun 2 (WTF), but now I fully intend to get more. Any ideas as to where I should begin?

Baseball Stars for sure as it's still the best baseball game ever made.

Did they already replace the pin connector because otherwise it's doubtful it's going to play very well because the original Nintendo's had the design flaw which lead to the blinking red power light and it's extremely rare for an original Nintendo to still play well.

MAD!

You must get:
Punch Out
Jakie Chan's Kung Fu
Double Dragon 1 & 2 (not 3)
TMNT Pt. 2
A Boy & His Blob (damn this was hard)
Ghosts N Goblins
Castlevania Pt.1
ExciteBike

Never fear, Wii owners can play NES games on their Wii's too! YAY!

PS: Wonder if Prince had a NES action set? lol... lol

Guerilla War was one of the best games we used to play. I used to play it with my brother, and I'd always be the first to die levaing him to beat the whole game alone. lol Did anybody ever play Monster Party? Oh my god, that one sucked big time. lol Emule has a bunch of NES games you can play.....several to a set. You just need to download an emulator with it.

wikipedia said:

In Japan, the Famicom Robot was sold with Robot Block (a.k.a. Stack-Up).

The Robotic Operating Buddy was sold in two packages. One was the NES Deluxe Set, which featured a control deck, the NES Zapper, two controllers, and two games (Duck Hunt and Gyromite). The other package only included R.O.B. and Gyromite.

While in production, R.O.B. was not widely accepted. The reason why it is not exceedingly rare today is due to its brief inclusion in the NES Deluxe Set. It was compatible with only two games, neither of which were simple enough for a game market that, at the time, was composed almost entirely of younger children.

Its most successful use was as a "trojan horse" to garner interest following the video game crash of 1983. Retailers, reluctant to stock video games, were successfully tricked when Nintendo snuck the NES in with R.O.B. as a "robot toy" instead of a video game. It worked, as retailers stocked the NES, giving Nintendo its first major foothold in the western market [1].

On the other hand, some consumers saw R.O.B. only as a novelty. The slow pace with which R.O.B. performed its movements was a source of frustration, since cheating at Gyromite was far easier to set up and play than controlling the game in its intended fashion.

Anyone with an NES needs Castlevania III. Otherwise you're missing out.

Anything else I could recommend is either too obvious or has already been mentioned.
