Do you like sleeping? I love it. I only need 7 hours a night to be full energised. I find it hard to nod off sometimes and sometimes really easily. Even in places and situations I shouldnt! Do you sleep well or not at all?

Actually I love to sleep especially on clean crisp sheets..

Don't get me started on sleep, since I've been depressed I've turned sleeping into a fucking artform.

I can sleep all day if I wanted to I think that its having to get up so early during the week for work that I find the need to sleep in on my days off. Like yesterday and today I slept in until 11:00am felt so good.

3 to 4 hours is a regular night for me.
