I'm going to see the new Aqua Teen Hunger Force movie tonight! Whoo-hoo!!!!!  Finally I'm gonna see what has become one of my favorite animated shows of all time in movie form tonight!!!
For those who don't know, the "Aqua Teen Hunger Force" is a cartoon that comes on the Cartoon Network's late night block of shows called "[adult swim]". They're basically cartoons that are geared towards an 18-40 demographic. This is an insane show about 3 anthropomorphic fast-food products who were once crime-fighting superheroes (at least in the first season). But now they spend their days dealing with the subversive and bizarre antics of their home and neighborhood of the South New Jersey shore. Master Shake (a talking milkshake) is the selfish, arrogant asshole self-proclaimed leader of the force. Meatwad (a talking meatball) is naive and gullable yet adorable. And Frylock (a talking box of fries and the only one with significant superpowers) is the cool scientist and the voice of reason for the group. The show is hysterical, and the movie is gonna be just as funny, I bet.  NEW WAVE FOREVER: SLAVE TO THE WAVE FROM THE CRADLE TO THE GRAVE. | |

i loved the first couple of seasons, but after that it just started to rely too much on fart humor and not much else. i hope they got their mojo back for this film. | |

I never really got into it. It seemed to me it was a lot of stoner humor of the random kind. Quite a few of Adult Swim stuff is like that. Like if I was tripping or super stoned or something it would be hilarious, but doesn't make much sense otherwise.
Not to say I don't like Adult Swim...I like SeaLab and Harvey Bird Man and The Venture Bros is very amusing and pervy! Christian Zombie Vampires | |

OK, so I saw the movie last night and to sum it up in one word: WOW!!!!! 
It is hysterical, especially if you're a fan of the show. NEW WAVE FOREVER: SLAVE TO THE WAVE FROM THE CRADLE TO THE GRAVE. | |
