TheAudience has been filling me in on all the stuff I should have checked out a long time ago but I'm only just mature enough to appreciate now. If that makes sense. Which it probably doesn't.

GangstaFam, Endo and Moonbeam tend to float in the same musical clouds/cesspools as I do, so when one of them picks up on something new, I tend to pay attention.

Damosuzuki and AppleKisses turn me on to crazy/obscuro shit, which I love.

And every once in a while, Eleven has me listen to something or watch something that'll make me mess myself.

As for books, I'm really hard to influence because I'm a slow reader and thus kinda annoyingly stubborn about the investments I make with reading. I usually have to read a review or a good blurb about a book, or it has to be by one of my favorite writers or published by one of my favorite small presses or something.
