I woke up Fat. Yeah.
I woke up fat. Over the past 1 1/2 years I've been trying to "bulk up" on muscle, sort of like a JoeyCoco thing. The problem is that for every pound of muscle I gain, I gained a pound of fat with it. I've gone from a 33 inch waist to 36, at 220 some odd pounds. And though I'm slowly losing the fat again, I'm scared that I'll lose the muscle along with it. So I'm trying not to lose it quickly. This shit is tricky. Does anyone know how I can lose the fat without losing so much muscle? I don't want to go back to were I was 2 years ago, were I was thin/medium, but with a so-so frame. 30 minutes a day on elliptical at 80% my max heartrate. But I've only been doing that for about 2 months. I start off on the machines before doing my workout which is: 1) chest/tris - day one 2) back/bis - day two 3) legs/shoulders - day 3 day 4 is rest. If it was a matter of slimming down, I wouldn't be too alarmed. I know how to slim down and could do it in about 3 or 4 months. But I want to slim down maintaining as much muscle bulk as I can. | |

Go to the gym 3 times a week but don't eat more (maybe even less) than normal. Should do the trick | |
