And well... not to toot my own horn too much, but based on my work they are re-grading my current job to an exec level position, so in a sense I'm already getting a promotion, it's just still in the works. I'm quite pleased. My boss is also helping me set up a mentor and helping me find other opportunities as well. But I actually like my job right now. I didn't like my job for sooooo long before this one that I'm kinda happy to stay put for a minute. Cool! So what was it that made you start to feel better about your job? Was it simply knowing that things are about to change, or was it because of changes that have already been made (and if so, what are they?)? | |
