You know, I'm currently sitting at a desk with 6 flat panel monitors that display info I need to look at fairly regularly and I use those as back-up PCs throughout the day as well and I have 14 active windows open in the PC I'm working on right now (yes, one of them is the org.). I have 3 email addresses that people contact me at, 2 phone numbers, sometimes people walk right up to talk to me and I keep having to tell people, NO I do not keep chat up all day as there are already too many ways to get my attention.

Are we trying to do too much at once?

When I'm in "the zone" I'm totally good at multi-tasking, but if I have one thing on my mind, that's not work related, I'm totally a basket case.
